Backup Small and mid-sized nonprofits commonly used tape or external hard drives for backup purposes. New alternatives, such as Mozy Pro (http://mozy.com/non-profit) and JungleDisk (http://www.jungledisk.com/) provide affordable, off-site, automated backup over the Internet. Note that this does require software installation and the computer to be on.
